CAR LIC addresses licences issued by the SMR CAA and is applicable to all pilots of aeroplanes, helicopters, sailplanes, airships and balloons.
The FORM SM 58 | Application for Flight Crew Licence permits a flight crew to apply for a PPL, CPL and ATPL licence, and Examiner Authorisation.
